🌸 Crispy Stuffed Zucchini Flowers – My Italian Favorite 🌸

Every time I visit Italy, there’s one dish I can never resist—crispy zucchini flowers. Light, delicate blossoms fried to golden perfection, often stuffed with ricotta or mozzarella. The crunch outside stuffed with creamy ricotta or gooey mozzarella inside is pure bliss.

At home, I recreate them simply:

Mix ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper for a quick dip.

Stuff the flowers with cheese, fry until crisp, sprinkle with salt, and serve hot.

They vanish fast—especially the stuffed ones (my absolute favorite!). For me, zucchini flowers are more than a recipe; they’re a bite of summer and a taste of Italy on my plate.
