At Kitchen and Me, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure every order is processed accurately and delivered safely. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
2:00 PM (GMT+3) — Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time (Delivery Time)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is:
Standard Delivery: 7–13 business days
Transit times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather.

Shipping Fees
We offer a fixed standard shipping rate of 5$ on all orders unless otherwise stated.
If express delivery options are available, they will appear at checkout with their respective costs.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Some countries may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on your destination, duties may be prepaid or collected upon arrival.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@kitchenandme.com with photos or a short video.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
