🛒 Return & Refund Policy

At Kitchen and Me, your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully partner with trusted suppliers to bring you quality kitchenware you’ll love.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  1. Your item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Please contact us before sending any item back to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  4. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

It’s preferred to include photos of the product to help speed up the process.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

💥 Damages, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged,
  • You receive the wrong item, or
  • There are missing parts or accessories.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage or problem.

If visual proof cannot confirm the issue, a short video is required by our supplier.

Please note:

Minor cosmetic variations (slight wrinkles, small scratches, or packaging wear) are not considered damage.

🚚 Orders Not Received / Delivery Delays

We follow our supplier’s delivery timelines:

For orders shipped to the USA, a delay claim can be opened if the order hasn’t arrived 45 days after dispatch.

If the tracking information shows “Delivered,” but your package was not received, you’ll need to provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office.

Orders showing the following tracking alerts are not eligible for refunds:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unknown or refused delivery
  • Not picked up in time
  • No safe delivery location
  • Customs issues or clearance delays

🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

💳 Refunds

You may return new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are usually processed within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This includes transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), time to process your return once received (3–5 business days), and your bank’s processing time (5–10 business days). In many cases, refunds are issued faster.

For returns not caused by our error, you are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable carrier such as USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of its receipt.
  2. Following the inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  3. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your credit or the original method of payment.
