Kitchen's Return and refund policy

At Kitchen and Me, we want you to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only in cases where an error has occurred on our part or where the item is found to be defective.
All return requests must be submitted within 21 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back

To start a return, please email us at support@kitchenandme.com with photos or a short video of the product.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
If the return is due to an error on our part, a prepaid return label may be provided.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

Parts or accessories are missing

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos or a short video showing the problem.

Note: Slight cosmetic imperfections such as minor scratches, wrinkles, or light packaging wear are not considered damage.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us so we can investigate and assist.

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” but you did not receive it, we will work with the carrier to determine the next steps.
Each case is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final-sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Timeline

Return transit time: 5–10 business days

Inspection and processing: 3–5 business days

Bank posting time: 3–10 business days

Most refunds are completed sooner.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
