What if I received a damaged item?

If you received a damaged item from Kitchen and Me, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support immediately upon receiving your order and provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage or issue. If visual proof is insufficient, a short video may be required by our supplier. Minor cosmetic variations, such as slight wrinkles, small scratches, or packaging wear, are not considered damage.

Once we receive your information, we will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

What if my order doesn’t meet my expectations?

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 20 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Please contact us first at support@kitchenandme.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include photos of the product to help speed up the process.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method after we inspect the item. Returns due to our error (wrong or damaged items) will have shipping costs covered by us.
